I recently visited Cable Junction for my Birthday to try their Zipline Adventure and I had a great time!! Their staff was very friendly and professional. I felt safe with them and their easy instructions, They worked very well with my mom who was pretty nervous up until the third line!! The location is easy to get to and very clean and convenient. The price is fair and I cannot wait to go again!!!!

This place is a joke. Don't bother wasting you gas or time going out there. After making reservations, getting a conformation, and driving out there, they had the gates closed. Finally found someone working there, and she informed is that they were closed. This was at 2pm. We informed her that we had a reservation, she said it didn't matter, they had decided to close early because it was so hot. She seemed aggravated that we were even there. They're employees have bad attitudes and crappie customer service. If that's how they are going to run a business, they won't be there long.

We had a great time with this team of folks all were very professional and polite DeAnna, was great through all of the booking I made some reservation mistakes and she never hesitated to correct my errors in booking. this was a great experience and we will do again when we are in the area.. well worth the time and money...Thank you to the entire team for a great time.

It was a very new experience our tour guides larry and Hunter were the best course is amazing will be going again it was worth the drive

My ziplining experience at Cable Junction Zipline Adventure Park, 8010 Timber Trail was absolutely awful. The ziplines were only 100 feet long and 30 feet off the ground. Because of this, each trip along the zipline would last a mere 10 seconds. Interspersed between the ziplines were occasional "obstacle" courses where you would have to walk across a swinging rope bridge 10 feet in length or along wooden planks that were just as long. These were like the annoying commercial breaks encountered on TV and were only in place to prolong the fake ziplining experience and justify charging an astronomical 80 bucks. The launching towers onto the ziplines had a platform no larger than 10 feet in diameter, so it was impossible to get up any real speed to do the zipline and you were constantly elbow-to-elbow with strangers as others in your group finished each run. Additionally, you were continually tethered to some sort of line even if you were not in flight. This had the effect of making you feel as though you were in lock up and the staff members were your wardens. Lastly, the staff was very rude and unfriendly. The harnesses were applied much too tightly and the staff members were barking orders as though we were in the military and they were our superiors. I thought this sort of attitude was as as rude as it was intimidating. On arrival, I used the port-a-potty which was located 50 feet from the portable with the staff inside. When I returned from the bathroom, I was scolded severely for "going out back" even though I was nowhere near the zipline course and had no gear in hand. The course was about a half of a mile away from the port-a-potty and was nowhere in sight. So if your idea of having fun is being scolded like a child, placed in lock up, and getting charged 80 bucks, then this is the place to go.
