I have been going here since I was six and a half. When I was little my dad would litterely take me here to punish me by throwing me out on the batt field during a reenactment. He got into trouble for that. Hated it then but loved it ever since. One time I got lost in the woods. Another time I thought the soap they sold was candy. Still can taste it now
We came across this national park by chance.
We enjoyed the history of the place. We packed a lunch and then spent the afternoon walking it off.
Very pretty pic Nick tables every where.
